Accuweather and Weather Underground offer a lot of information. Most of which is absolutely free and both can be accessed via portable devices such as your cell phone.
While both of these websites offer great visual maps of current weather radar, I really like the government weather radar site National Weather Radar and its main page NOAA (weather.gov) — National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s National Weather Service
(Leave it to the government to come up with a name like that!)
